Virtually unused. Bought it to mount on my 14' aluminum boat, the boom length just won't work for me.

Telescopic stainless steel boom extends from 24" to 53".
 
Cannon says it has "Positive Ion Control which emits positive ions from the cable to combat the negative ions from your boat, creating a fish-attracting field of energy."  So no 'black box' needed.
 
Comes with swivel mount and rod holder mount (and a snubber) and loaded with150lb braided line (not wire).
