Rod, what size swivel was recommended?

Depends how fast you want your fly get down. #10-14 is probably the norm.

Great video! Caught myself looking both ways when the fish hit.
I don't fish two rods because I almost always lose the one I'm not holding. You reacted quickly though.

Was the third day of a 60 fish weekend - caught over 30 the day before.
Fishing two rods can be real trouble - the fish like to go sideways and hook up on the 2nd line.
Had relatively short leaders this time (20 feet) - can be a mess with 35 foot leaders.
Tried to put the brakes on this fish as it was headed to my buddy's boat by the 3rd jump.
Too much pressure and the hook popped.
Had a "triple-header" for the first time this trip.
Started with a double header, landed the first fish and put the line over the side of the boat.
Hooked a third fish on the first line before landing the 2nd fish.

We're rigged up with black Raven Micro swivels, size XXS. We call them "ant" swivels.
