Don't get too excited over the title - not a good report for me so far this week! BUT this thread can serve as THE thread for the remainder of the season!
Nov 3 - Spent 5 hours Tues on incoming tide until nearly slack in Glenn Valley. 4 hours with roe, 1 with my go-to Trophy Tackle brass/chrome spinners. Nada. Nothing. Zip. Zero. There were 6 or 7 rods with roe out and about, only 2 caught that I saw, and not much jump to the rod action. Water was pretty clear (for the area) at around 8-10 inches. Sunny, but breezy and chilly!
Nov 6 - Spent 2 hours this morning, outgoing to slack. Water clarity about 6 inches. Only spinners today, no love. Cloudy with a little rain off and on. 8-10 other rods out with roe - 1 small one brought in, I didn't see anyone doing the rod-hover either, so no action for them I'm guessing. I heard there was a Native opening this week - hoping that's the reason for the slow down and not that it's over already! LOL
