Some days you just hit it right and today was that day-Chum were pouring up the river-not like years past but a steady stream and judging from the numbers I saw it's a 'low average' year for returns.
Fish were good sized for the Squamish and some very fat indeed notta helluva lotta biters but I did OK-visibility was excellent.
So if you're there in the next few days you should do well and by next week it'll all be downhill.
What was interesting was the numbers of Eagles for early November never seen that many this early.
Heard about some good Coho numbers from a local but I don't target them myself.

Surprised to hear the visibility was good. May be the chill in the air is finally locking up the moisture in the hills and it may therefore stay clear next week. I'm hoping. Thanks for the report!
