Fished 11:30-6:00 from low slack through incoming flood tide. Landed 1 wild on roe, first one of the season..other than that it was quiet. Only 3 other guys landed fish- 2 hatchery, 3 wild, all on roe.
Visibility was quite good in the Langley area- 1.5 ft.

fished from noon till evening , visibility murky in Richmond area .
landed 2 hatches , let go 3 wild , same gang show around , bonking and keeping whatever they can . Sad part of the story, there was a new to fishing guy , he hooked a fish ,drag on shore, I saw It was wild and I told him , but people around him said that he can keep it , and they bonked it :(

you guys should be calling these poachers in, especially if its in richmond area. the FOs are close by.

Where are the COs when we need them to protect the wild stock? They should send in plain clothed officers. If this is happening daily, why wouldn't they go there if you tell them the location? Did they give you reason for no action?

I remember my first year bar fishing in Richmond 5 years ago.. Keeping wild fish seemed to be the thing to do by a lot of the regulars. I remember catching my first few fish all wild an having people yell "keep it! Keep it". Which I DIDN'T. But left me confused as a new angler...
It has gotten better, but definitly need more enforcement, especially since so close to DFO as somebody else mentioned..
