Title: Vancouver Saltchuck info please??

I might go troll out around the mouth of the cap/pink apartment area, any info on what to use, ie:  flasher? hoochie?  spoons? bait?  Depths? etc. I would like to fish for some coho's and maybe the chance at a chinook.  Tides etc.  Any info would be great, this will be my first trip fishing this area.  Thank you.  Where is the best place to launch to access this area?

All the info is greatly appreciated.  I know I am really digging for info here, sorry.  How much leader should there be from the flasher to the hook aprox.  How much from the flasher to down rigger aprox.  What speed should I troll at?  I heard the fishing has been good out there recently, any reports lately?  I haven't trolled in the saltchuck for years.   Thank you.
