Title: Vedder Oct 13th
Post by: Kever on October 14, 2015, 09:55:13 AM
Fished mid river from dawn till 3. 5 hook ups with springs, 2 landed. This normally uncrowded spot got pretty busy by mid day. The fish got hammered on hard but they were willing biters if the presentation was perfect or if a fresh wave moved in. Buddy lost 3 springs landed 2, one was stunningly chrome and large. The one I bonked was silver, they are in there. Surprised that I didn't catch any Coho but it was a great day out there for springs. Didn't seem to matter what was used, as wool, roe, beads, and jenson eggs all worked. Tight lines and play nice.
