Title: Help pricing reels

I have two older reels (I think they are older at least), that I am looking to part with. Only problem is that I have no idea what they are worth- if they are worth anything at all.
1) Diawa Millionare 6HM - heavily fished
2) Shimano Bantam Mag plus BMP 350 SG. ok condition.

Both reels are still functional. My questions- what are they worth? is it worth tuning them up?

any help would be appreciated.

I would donate them to a son, nephew, uncle, aunt, old folks home, sally-anne etc.  Or bring them to a 'take a kid fishing day' etc.
