I have grow up here my whole life and never hear the mystery of a lost gold mine in our hills,
I though it was an interesting video, maybe one day somebody will find it...

They will find it the same day they find Jesus, Sasquatch and the space aliens that made the crystal skulls.

Last year I researched from a very old Maple Ridge book called The Golden Mountains by Charles A Miller, and the early mining around the Stave Alouette area.

I managed to find most of the early diggings, some photos here http://tinyurl.com/puryr6z

Theres a book about slumachs gold,quite a few men have died looking for that gold.

I have pop bottles from the 50s and 60s  Ive found in the rivers though and some solid leads on places to search if I ever get a metal detector and a boat lol.

Lots of books on Slumach, thats where the gold is
