Title: WTB: spinning rod for spoon or spinner $150

I am looking for a used spinning rod for casting spoon or spinner, mainly on Cap, Vedder, Chehalis river for coho.
I would like to spend up to $150.


narrow it down to one of the following or similar, if you see one in your/your friends garage collecting dust, please let me know.

1)lamiglas certified pro x96 js

2)gloomis GL3 STR1024S

3)custom build
