Title: fishing with more then 1 leader?

my friend said he seen people fishing below the mission bridge or above im not sure

fishing with a weight and 2 leaders with roe is that legal?

Yes, bar fishing in the tidal portion of the Fraser allows for two rigs on one line.
Only one rig in non tidal.
