Title: Non tidal fraser.

Hey guys. I was wondering what other methods of fishing are available from the banks of the non tidal fraser right now, other than bottom bouncing. I Have been reading the regs and just can't get a clear understanding of what I'm allowed to do.. I would rather ask than go out and have someone tell me that I can't use that method of fishing. Can I spin cast with spoons or spinners?

Yes you can. Bar fishing, fly fishing, spin casting.
