A few pics from today. Fishing was tougher this trip although we managed one bull trout and 4 rainbows. Nymphed all morning until about 2:00pm with only the bull to show. Got a good hatch then so we switched over and picked up the 4 bows on dries. All in all a great day. It was 1 degree this morning ... Quite the swing in temperature throughout the day. This was my 5th trip. Two up top and 3 below. No doubt, there are some beautiful Rainbows this year!

Nice pics! Haven't fished the Skag in years myself, but spotted a large school of spawning bull trout in there last October on a hunting trip.
Some were quite big, 7-8 pounds if I had to guess.
