Title: The Cap on June 26th

well i fished the cap today at first light... with no luck but the guy across from me hooked 3 and landed 2 and left.  i was going crazy!!! a couple schools swam in but never took anything i threw at em...  so after the bite was gone i went to check out the mouth.... REALLY low... didn't want to stick around till high tide because talked to a few fishers there and they had had no luck and had been tehre since 5am...
