Hello All,
Just in time for the Salmon Festival, **** and I were able to have the one under/one over size restriction lifted as of tomorrow sometime. Watch for the notice!
With the larger average size of the Chinook and the increased number of fish being caught in the upper inlet over the past few days, it was determined that the one under was almost impossible to catch and that the restriction posed no conservational value.
This should allow many of you more time on the water and a better chance of landing a derby contender.
Good fishing.

Thanks for spreading the word!
Have some friends staying Coombs way who have been fishing the inlet regularly over the last week.
They report the smallest one to the boat so far was 20-21 lbs. Anchoive/flasher combos and Tomic 158 plugs best.
