Post by: badboi on August 24, 2014, 10:27:07 AM
Is there any places on the Thompson River to do Hike-in Camping?

Only wilderness sites but watch for bears as there will be some around feeding on the sockeye that die on their migration up the Thompson. Here is some I filmed between Spences Bridge and Lytton a while back.

Interesting colors on that family of black bears. Mom and two cubs would blend well with their surroundings but blackie not so much.
