Title: Pitt Lake
Post by: The_Roe_Man on June 23, 2004, 06:47:42 PM
Fishing was a little slower than last week.  Hooks into 4 cutties and countless squaw fish. We think this was because of the slower speed of the electric motor when compared to the gas motor we used last time. This was okay though as they make good eagle bait.  A eagle flew over us eyeballing our catch so i broke the fishes neck, tossed him in the water and the eagle came down and picked him up.  It was neet.

Yup, those squaw fish are annoying, especially when you're after trout.  Usually if you're catching a lot of squaw fish in an area there aren't many trout around in that area.
