A 4wt will generally cast less far than an 8wt (it provides less power) though a good caster will be able to get decent distance (70+ feet) with either.
What line are you using on each rod?

For my 8wt it's the line that comes in the verisii tip the new one

And my 4wt I don't know but it' is matched since the guy I bought it from used it for a long time

It's a stealth reel it's old so not to interested in upgrading the line on it might buy a new reel

If you are using the wrong line on the 4wt then it will be very difficult to cast (overloading or underloading the rod).
Either that or take casting lessons  :P

A 4 weight Scott G series isn't for designed for long casts, it's a noodly rod that's best for light presentations at close ranges. With an indicator on its going to be tough to get it out very far unless you are a decent caster with good timing and even then it will only go so far. As Typhoon said get some lessons and/or use the 8wt instead!

I can cast far with the 8wt I'm happy with that but the 8wt is to big for the normal grout at green timbers

Better keep working on your casting then, there's no short cuts apart from maybe getting some lessons:)
