We've stayed at Crystal Cove Beach Resort (http://www.crystalcove.ca/) and fish with Jeff at Braedy Mack Charters (http://www.fishingwithrod.com/advertiser/fishingtofino/index.html), both are our website supporters. I believe it's 10% off for the charter booking if staying at the resort.

You could check with Tofino Ospray and see if they aren't booked.  They have a B+B too and Shawn is one hell of a fishman.

Six (6) people is two (2) too many-hire another boat.

Try Jay's Clayoquot Ventures.  Top notch outfit.

you are too late to book. any reputable charter will have booked up probably by march-april.
if someone has openings now for busy season, i would be very cautious as to why?

The assertion that every charter on WCVI is booked for every day for the rest of the season is complete nonsense-I question whether you have ever booked a charter or even know anyone in the business.

Fishing wise I'd vote for Clayoqout Ventures too, was working over there for a year and they were a great source of information and a professional outfit. Agree with Rodney that Crystal Cove is a great place to stay with great staff.
