Now that I have bought a family sized boat its time to sell the little punt. She has treated me well in the time I've had her, never a leak or a worry and glides across the water with ease.
If I remember correctly its 48" across the bottom and 8' long. solid wood construction and not sure of exact weight.
I have done a few mods to it, I had one of the original oar locks almost come off so it needed replacing and also adding the seat meant they had to be raised, I changed these and made them extremely strong. I also notched out the area in the front of the boat for either storage or as a child's seat. I also replaced the transom and beefed it up because I broke a bit of the plywood dropping the boat on my truck box rail.
Boat has NO leaks, seat and oars are included.
asking price is $500 oBo
I am located in Langley, boat is located in Cloverdale. short drive from my house
disclaimer - I have repainted most of the boat however I didn't do the inside bottom however I will include the can of waterproof sealant paint I used

she's a good looking craft,Hook. Will it handle a 9.9 and what would be a close guess at its weight ?
thanks

I don't think legally you can put a 9.9 on a craft this small, you wouldn't need it anyways. I used a 30lb electric and it zipped along, tried my dads 55lb and she flew. It drafts very shallow and as far as weight goes the previous owner told me 60lbs but I think its more but not sure exactly (75 lbs maybe ?)
PS - the transom is plenty strong enough for a 9.9 but I think the weight of the motor and gas tank may sink the back end. I can row this boat quicker than my 30lb electric would push me along
When I used my electric I would put the battery behind me on the front side of the seat to keep the boat level-ish so it glides along better
Your welcome to come take a look
