Title: Lafarge lower limits helping?

Just wondering if those who fish Lafarge regularly, believe the lower kill limits are resulting in the fish lasting longer? Thx.

Not sure about lafarge but it's  definitely better at rice. Seem to be catching a lot more fish

Unfortunately there are still people retaining more than their 2 fish daily limit.

Yah I see guy taking everything they can get, I report them but nothing seems to happen
