Title: favorite ice fishing bait/setup?

Hi everyone,

I've caught the ice fishing bug big time this year. I'm hoping to learn your top tips in terms of setup and bait.

do UV jigs improve odds?
what is your face bait?
does curing your shrimp help?
general tips?
Is a single spoon enough reflection or do bigger or several spoons/ small trout gang flasher work better?
