Also fly size 10 and 12 to small or to big for rainbow trout? Or cutties ,browns also bull trout? I like dry fly fishing it looks interesting so Adam flies and elk hair caddis olive and some bead prince nymphs also regular muffler minnow Asking since I'm collectingflies for my trip to Toronto in March and LA in December

Never seen the 3D epoxy nymphs. I would make a joke about needing polarized glasses to see them in 3D, but I am afraid it would be lost on you. Size 10 and 12 are perfect for trout, you can go even smaller (as small as #16 with chronomids and bloodworms) or larger (to size 8-6 for muddlers and dragon fly nymphs).

Yes, those are chironomids and bloodworms ( I was not wearing my 3D glasses). Depending on your lake, I would stick to #12-16. Some of our lakes get big Bomber Chironomids that can be almost an inch long, but most fall in that range. Your sedges and caddis are more likely to be in #8-10 and the Adams or mayflies in the #10-12.
