Title: Fishing times for the Fraser

Just a quick question. I thought that you were only allowed to fish 1 hour prior and after sunrise and sunset, but a friend told me he used to fish for sturgeon at night in the tidal Fraser. I checked the regs online, but couldn't find the answer

Found it on another site that it is legal.  How about for salmon though?
