Before you start fishing in BC, you should read the regulations, which let you know where you can fish, what you can catch, when you can fish.

Hi rod, I was reading and it says "No fishing above Mary Hill Bypass bridge, May 1-June 30" but its October. Also one more thing I have been fishing for bout 4 years, quit after 3 since I didn't catch a thing then I decided to start again last spring in 2013 right at lafarge lake, after that I started to catch a hole lot, like my first and second pinks, first and a hole lot of stocked rainbow, 3 bass, and since I live pretty close to the coquitlam river I was thinking about fishing it because I saw some fish were swimming up it, just wanted to ask just to see if its legal or not.
