Going sturgeon fishing tommorrow, haven't gone for long awhile. I have old roe and salmon chunks, was going to pick up some dew worms in the morning. Does anyone know where I can get oolichans on short notice, heard that was the bait to use.

Almost any fishing store.. sea-run, wholesale sports, berrys ... I have picked it up before at all these locations

We couldn't get to a store, was able to find a bag of roe in the freezer, along with some salmon parts. Also caught pike minnow to try. Landed 3 fish all together, one on salmon head, one on roe bag, one on pike minnow. Also missed a couple good bites on the circle hook. 5 1/2, 5, and a 4 footer. Fun day on the water. Salmon parts will probably be the bait to start using while the river starts filling up with the salmon runs.
