Title: WTB small/light CP rod
Post by: shi man oh man on June 25, 2013, 06:15:56 PM
Looking for a rod less than 10 feet in length with a high end line rating less than 10Lb. looking to pair an ultra light cp reel up, to be used for trout, and small salmon. #5 2 piece rod tied into a pin rod would be ideal. willing to pay 150

I have an old sage brown blank that is about 8 feet tied up for a centerpin. Has Fuji guides and would be good for trout or small salmon. Would be willing to sell it or trade it for a larger rod if possible. PM me for pics if you like.

I have 2-3 rods that fit that kinda discription: I have a 10 foot lami that is rated 2-6.  I tied it up years ago for chehalis summers and then the river moved and it never really got used after that.  I have a 9 foot lami, dont know the rating but its really whippy and an awesome little rod for cap coho etc. I also have a 4 piece 9' 9w St croix I tied for a center pin.

feel feel to email me if any of these sound interesing.

I think I have a sage 286 or 290 kicking around (blank).  they are rated up 8-12.  I could build it up for you but it wouldnt be $150 ;)
