Fished Downton Lake and the general area this weekend. Lots of small Rainbow and a few bigger ones. Hard to get to but definitely worth the hike down from the FSR. Too bad about the Jamie Creek hydro plant construction and the mess they are making up there, even so far as throwing slash into the tributaries.
Not much going on with Gunn Lake and some of the other small lakes like Kingdom, Mead and Mowsan's Pond. Lost of fish rising, but nothing hitting my lures. Way too early for any hatches yet, but should be good in a few weeks.
