Hi Everyone,
I am looking to head out this May long weekend Fri - Monday with my brother for a good fishing destination. We want to keep it a low cost as possible, and would be open to one of the two options:
a hike-in fishing location (we would then be limited to shore fishing)
a destination that has a bit of everything (we will have a canoe, so we can get out on a lake). Maybe a camp spot on a lake with some good river fishing and other opportunities nearby as well.
I was thinking about the Lillooet area, as we could sturgeon fish from shore (i have the gear). Are there any good fishing lakes nearby?
Hoping to get any and all good ideas for some brainstorming.
