I have a seldex 2 in the box with velvet pouch with the paperwork that came with it.I used it once or twice in the last 15 yrs.It has backing on it with about 75yds of line.Was wondering what the reel would be worth if i put it up for sale?It is a 10/10 condition.I bought two of these reels when jw young went out of business.Ive used the other one lots until i got my islander.thanks James

I have a seldex 2 that I fish all the time. I really like the reel. They retailed for $299 when I bought mine but that was at least 10-15 years ago. If you want to go with a bushing reel instead of a bearing, it is an excellent reel.
