So Craig Orr complains there isn't enough representation on the committee for environmental groups. DFO and the industry say come to the meeting to discuss changing the makeup of the committee. Then Craig Orr says they've decided not to participate.   ::) ::) ::) ::)

Ya he only has one Orr in the water, what's he thinkin...... >:(
