Title: Chehalis River, January 11th 2013

Fished the chehalis at first light just passed the hatchery. Nothing but old coho. Moved over past the bridge and saw 3 wild steelies and one 7lbs hatchery. Tried fishing the canyon but nothing. Water is low and very clear. Steelies were all hooked on small peach and white yarn ties. Great day to be out. Maybe next time for me.
