How did everyone do on the cap today? Saw lots of people fishing in the 1.5 hours I was there. I got up to the cable pool after seeing my favorite spot underwater (Water is high and clear), and made a few casts. Got one 3-4 pound coho and took off. ;D First salmon of the year. Yay.
Anyways, will be out there tommorow morning. Maybe dog leg early in the morning. Come by and say hello if you are in the area.
Jonny out.

I also checked the hatchery today and there were some nice sized coho's in there 3-5 pounds.
-
any fly-guys out today chucking feathers?
-
I saw a few fly chuckers out there, but they didn't look like they knew what they were doing.
-
What did you use? Your dealing with a noob here :D

Yo TS and others who know. What kind of a set up would one use for fly fishing. I have a 5 weight with floating line. Never see anyone using floating line, but is that ok? Also how about some flies? Big ones? Flashy ones? Green ones blue ones? :D
Anyways, I will give it a try again tommorow. Hey carp man, my secret bait is dynamite. Just kidding. Bright red roe under a float (but that stuff is messy and stinks).
