Title: maruto hooks
Post by: mvelasco on November 03, 2012, 11:14:06 PM
They provide semi barb hooks and I was told at sea run that they were tested in conjunction with the fisheries and were approved. Any solid background info to avoid being fined based on hear say?

Push the hook through a cotton swab, when you pull it out and it doesnt get caught it should be legal.
Personally seen this test being done to guys on the river.

Was trying with paper and it was coming out clean. Its more "ribbed" than barbed

Are they sold here in BC?
It is a very interesting concept and I would like to try them out too.
