Decided to go out to a friendly spot this morning before work.
The water had dropped at least a foot since 2 days ago so the run I chose was perfect.
Slow drift, crystal clear water. The fish were quite active as a lot of silver chum were swimming through and jumping all over
Tossed in my roe for a cast, and Dip the float went down and back up.... missed it...
Re-baited for a second cast, and dip goes the float. I gave a good hook set and the fight was on.
a silver bullet jumped around putting a smile on my face.
As I got it close to shore, I quickly noticed no adipose fin :o
So I grabbed it and bled it just that quick.

BEAUTIFUL fish a fisherman behind me yelled.
I had to agree.
Then a wonderful thought came across my mind. Tim hortons coffee.
Off I went after 2 casts. What a beautiful day. :D
Now off to work I go to brag to my co-workers and customers :P

Beautiful fish Brian and a great story ! Sure must be nice to live so close to the river that one can fish before work. Ahhh well, I can always dream at least. Thanks for the report :) ;) :)
