Title: Fraser River @ Mouth of the Coquitlam?

Does anyone know when a good time to fish this spot is? Or any other place from shore on the Fraser close to this? I am new to salmon fishing and I would really like to catch a few, but never know when the best time to go out there is.

Also, Does anyone have a preference for lures? I was told silver or copper spoons (copper for when the water is cloudy).
