Took a trip up to Chilliwack Lake today to spend time fishing with my son from the shore.
We took the logging road up the side of the lake for quite a ways, trying to find some beach area to fish and cook some lunch. No such luck.
We drove back to the Provincial Park and there was barely a boat launch. The beach was completely immersed. No fishing there either.
Got to try out my new fire starter kit I got from Fathers Day though, so not a total waste and weather was awesome.
