The Birkenhead river was really at a high level, and pools were few and far between. We saw some fish in one pool, but they just weren't interested in what I had to offer.
And the Lillooet was super muddy, as was the Ross. Miller creek looked good, but we didn't have the time.
And because of the cold, there haven't been any hatches that we could see resulting in little feeding at the surface. We went to Mosquito Lake, Blackwater and Gates. Gates were biting from the shore and we hooked a couple of decent rainbow on Crocs. Sorry, but I was in waders and didn't take photos.
