Title: Chilliwack River, April 29th 2012
Post by: leaping steely on April 29, 2012, 10:26:09 PM
Despite the high water, thought I'd give it one last try before the river closes for us gear chuckers. Water had cleared up a bit from the previous day. About an hour in, I was rewarded with some steel, which smacked my giant gob of roe like there was no tomorrow.

Saw 2 others hooked as well. After having a debacle of a season, this was the best possible way to end it.

Hey Leaping steely,  Nice picture, but don't stop there, lets bring out our fly rods for the coming month. ;)
