Title: Cost effective (read: Cheap) electric downriggers?

Where is the most cost effective place to buy electric downriggers? (I know the used spots and am keeping a look out there too..... but haven't seen much and you really never know how well or even IF they work....).  I have a friend that has reached the point in his life where the manual ones he has just doesn't cut it anymore, and budget is a huge issue for him as of late.  Thanks!!

I placed a wanted ad on Craigslist for a pair with my max budget and got 3 responses. The good news for you, is there is still 2 more sets available.
