Once again it's time for our members to choose the top three pictures from 2010. First place will win a $100 Gift Certificate to Sea-Run Fly & Tackle, second place will win $50 Gift Certificate to Pacific Angler, and third place will win $25 Gift Certificate to Pacific Angler.

Please select what you believe are the TOP THREE based on whatever criteria you like. Voting will close after 14 days so make sure to get your votes in.

Nice fish, but you could have waited until the 2012 fish porn thread was posted, and the last post was totally  not needed.

Congratulations to everyone who made it, some very nice looking pictures of some very pretty fish! I gotta agree with ED 110%, over half your posts are meaningless. Post everything in one post, not 2,3,4 concecutive posts. There usually isn't a point to them and Ive been getting tired of reading them. Just my 2

Haha, yessir I was.  If I win maybe I'll put the money towards cardio-fitness program for for orphan wild steelhead or something.  Vote for me, its good for steelhead.

Damn i lost the lead, vote for me!! :)
i was actually quite surprised that my picture turned out that good, i used a simple point and shoot olympus stylus 7000 but it seems to take nice close up shots.  I think i owe my buddy for his crazy fly tying skills.

For what its worth, I thing your photo is fantastic and would be my personal choice if I'm completely honest.  Fish photos where the fish is covered with a thin layer of water often turn out great.

You forgot to mention that you only use low impact winter techniques too.

Nice to be chosen again, thanks to the FWR staff.

The photo was taken by PGK in the Ancor River estuary, located about half an hours drive north of Homer Alaska.

I got the chrome little steelie on the incoming tide about 200 meters from the ocean. It was sitting in a slack water pool with some very chrome coho for neighbors. The fly pictured is always fished stripped and is deadly in mixed stock steelie/coho fisheries.

The fish put up an excellent battle and is by far the brightest steelhead I have ever seen. It was one of the biggest highlights of my long roadtrip throughout AK this September.

Nice work Pat!  I voted for ya!  Sounds like an awesome trip.

I too should give credit - the fish in my photo was caught by Stratocaster with his spinning rod.  This was one of the nicest coho we landed this season.  And thanks to the FWR staff for the nomination... :)
