For Chinook and Chums I have been using 20lb Sufix elite and for Coho I have been using 17lb Sufix Siege and like both a lot, going to try 20lb Berlkley big game next as have heard good things about that too.

Maxima Chameleon
Maxima Chameleon, There is also Maxima high vis which would be good for the Vedder.

Maxima just introduced a high visability line to its stable. The new bright yellow line will be available on the market soon. The line is just as tough, abrasion resistant and has the knot strength anglers can trust as with other Maxima products. Available in 6- to 40-pounds in one shot spools or bulk spools at your local retailer.
I already got it from Bery's Bait in Richmond.

I've been using the P-line CX premium on my pin with great success. It's thinner than most lines with low stretch and fluro coated.
