Fished the upper river today and hooked into 6 and landed 2 pinks. All the hook ups came before noon.  Around noon all the dark clouds got burned off, the sun came out pretty strong and the fish seemed to get lock jawed. The Survey girl said quite a few cohos were caught in the Veddar Crossing area, if you don't mind fishing shoulder to shoulder.  There was big crowds in the usual popular spots like KWB, Tamahi, Crossing...  So in addition to the weekend crowd, the Thanksgiving Crowd was also here.
