Title: Non-tidal Fraser River, September 4th 2011: Scales/Landstrom bar
Post by: Aki on September 04, 2011, 08:00:42 PM
Went to the Scales/Landstrom bar again today. It was quieter and the river had dropped about 5 feet since last weekend. Hooked and landed a 15lb white spring with some surprise. Thought the springs above Harrison and Vedder would be red springs. Sockeye fishing was dead. Lots of pinks. I wonder if the sockeye are done for the year?

It also could be on it's way to the Bowron River.
