What is in the river i can float fish for, right know? its a bike ride away and have fished there sice i was 5 and just feel like going what is there i can catch? thanks

If it's only a bike ride away, go fish it and find out, you'll find out a lot quicker than a post here. If you feel like going, just go. :D

I'm amazed by the number of kids tubing, the waters quite cold and yet tons of kids float it. I don't remember being that resilient to the cold when I was young... mind you that was a while ago. ;D

When all you get is two weeks of summer I guess you try and make the most of it.

I use to tube that river ever summer when I was growing up. My mom would drop us off just below the gates to golden ears park and we would get out at 228th and walk home. It was a great way to spend a summer day.

ever year it gets worse with the inflatable junk, used once and left in the weeds with all the party detritus
can see tubes and mattresses all over the place, 216th alone would be burried in it if not for a few people who clean it up
