Title: bow rollers/mounting?and where to buy?

Hey all,
I have a Legend 1468 pro sport and I want to put a bow roller on it.I need to add a plate of aluminum to the bow so I can mount the roller. Where is a good place to buy a bow roller(round shank) and some aluminum plate? What thickness of aluminum should I use to mount to?

Cascade or Venture in Chilliwack.
Or if you can get a detailed pic and measurements have someone that welds aluminum make you one.

 i was in steveston marine and i saw a few. made by river craft anchors.
