Title: Capilano River, August 6th 2011

Fish at the ambleside this morning, did not see anyone get a bite. After 8 am, almost all fishman left. Pass the railway, see first nation build dam to trap the salmons swimming downstream. almost over 20 coho there. now I know why there is no bite

I think they swimming downstream. They probably swam into the river  during the high tide last night, as the the capliano water level is low, they wanna swim back and forth through the mouth.
