Will be going up to Prince Rupert at the end of July so just wondering if it's possible to do some casting from shore for salmon and where or if it's on boat only?

Fishing the mouth of the Skeena from shore isn't possible but shore fishing is popular.

Both Trayling's and J&E in town should be able to help you out with locations-be sure to drop some dough though that helps grease the skids of commerce.
