Just thought i'd throw it out there that White Lake (and the surrounding lakes) have all been fishing well these last little while. (caught 5 trout in an hour, the biggest being 20inches in length), using the usual ford-fender and wedding ring/worm combo, and fishing relatively shallow. whereas the upper lakes in the passes like Stake and Walloper are still cool and slow (though i caught a few after several hours of shore fishing) - as of monday. Nevertheless they should soon be fishing like mad. Best of luck :)
