Title: Capilano River, May 31st 2011

Not much to report. went to cable pool to take a look.  saw a few flipping but they were few and far between.  Lots of guys trying though w. tuffline and loonie size pieces of rock hard roe  ha! but there are fish in the system but it looked like you would struggle to find action. maybe first light might produce.

All the reports i read keep saying the bulk of the run should be here about now and go through june, i hope they are right because i have not seen anything either :( not even a riser.

it's pretty quiet for this time of year. I have seen a couple caught but very few to been seen in the water. hopefully they're running late and not signs of a poor return
